Dawn has served on the Executive Council as Corresponding Secretary (2019-present). She has taken classes on coding since high school and this is her first time as a webmaster. Dawn is currently working at SUNY Cobleskill as a circulation supervisor since 2016.

Rose became the NYSLAA-L list owner in 2017. She works at the University of Rochester Rush Rhees Library.

Ruth has served on the Executive Council as Vice President (1996-1997, 2009-2012), President (1998-2001), Treasurer (2005), Conference Coordinator (1996-2016, assisted 2017-2018), and serves on the Newsletter Committee. She has advised and coordinated web updates since 2001. Ruth received the Craig Koste Award in 2002. Ruth worked at University at Buffalo as a library assistant for 31 years and is now retired.

Sally is a former President of NYSLAA and also former NYSLAA-L list owner from 2012 to 2017. She is now retired from the University of Rochester Rush Rhees Library.

Jacie took over the list, nyslaa-l, from Bill Jenkins in 2005. Jacie was a founding member of NYSLAA. She was on the committee to create a constitution, the bylaws committee and the committee to create a certificate of achievement. She later served on the first certificate of achievement review board. Jacie earned her Certificate of Achievement at level 3, the highest level at that time. She earned her MLS in 2003 from the University at Buffalo via on-line studies while working full time at the Ithaca College Library. She has held positions as a solo librarian at the Adelson Library at Cornell University and as the Director at the Cortland Free Library. She is now the Library Director at the Broome County Public Library in Binghamton, NY. Jacie encourages the library career curious, library school students and interns to come visit her and ask questions.

Chris has served on the Executive Council as Corresponding Secretary in addition to being on the Newsletter and Public Relations Committees. Chris works for the Greece Public Library in Rochester as the Assistant to the Library Director. In addition to her work for the director, her duties include Webmaster for the Library and Local Area Network Administration.

Eileen took over the website from Bill in 1998. Eileen worked at SUNY Brockport and was NYSLAA Recording Secretary and Newsletter Editor. Eileen was awarded NYSLAA's first Outstanding Service Award (Craig Koste Award) in 1992, earned her Certificate of Achievement and her MLS, and then became a librarian at Brockport in 2000. She has since retired from Brockport.
